About Our Clinic
The Hilltop Free Clinic, in partnership with MY Project USA, provides free preventive screenings and primary care for eligible patients. We deliver high-quality, accessible, and culturally sensitive healthcare to underserved individuals and families in the Hilltop community. Our mission is to advance health equity by fostering continuity of care, empowering patients with personalized support, and promoting wellness through ongoing medical education.

*Only patients older than 18 years of age AND without healthcare insurance are eligible for primary care health visits.
Upcoming Screening and Appointments Dates
Preventative
Screenings
Upcoming Date: 9/20/2025 During screening days, patients will get an opportunity to screen for blood glucose, blood pressure, etc. Screenings are open to all and require no appointments. Eligible patients are encouraged to book a doctor’s appointment at a later clinic day.

Upcoming Date: 9/27/2025 On clinic days, patients are seen by one of our licensed physicians. We highly recommend scheduling an appointment. Walk-in appointments are availability-dependent and are not guaranteed. To be seen by a physician, the patient must NOT have any health insurance. At present we are only able to see patients 18 years of age or older.

We are located at 3725 Sullivant Avenue, Columbus, OH, 43204 at the MY Project USA Center. Upon entering through the main doors, take a right to our registration desk and our team will assist you from there.
